FloQMail, chat and 2FA codes for wholesale
Orders, invoices and suppliers go through a few shared mailboxes and three departments. In FloQ each department sees its own mail and sorts it without forwarding anything.

Alerts from your programs write into a channel through webhooks, and the codes for supplier and bank portals are shared by role, with a log of every use.
An example
An order reaches orders@ at eight. Sales brings it into the Warehouse channel, the warehouse writes the availability in the thread and the customer gets the confirmation without anyone forwarding a mail.

Does FloQ connect to my management software?
Not directly: your software can post alerts into a FloQ channel through webhooks, in the Discord or Slack format.
How many mailboxes can I connect?
During early access there is no mailbox limit per team.
Can I use FloQ from the warehouse on a phone?
Yes: FloQ also runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, with the same account and notifications only for what concerns you.
