How FloQ solves it
2FA codes generated on the server
The secret key never reaches anyone’s phone, and is encrypted with a different key for each team. Share each code by role or by person and see who copied it.
Shared support mailboxes
Connect Microsoft 365, Gmail or IMAP. Every message shows who has read it and who is replying, and with “Discuss with the team” the request goes into the client’s channel.
A channel per client, with the right permissions
Roles and permissions decide who sees and who writes in each channel; outside collaborators see only the clients they follow.
Webhooks and AI assistants
Monitoring and CI write into a channel through webhooks, in the Discord or Slack format. Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP assistant read mail and chat, and write only if the team allows it.
An example
A client is locked out. Whoever is on call opens the account’s 2FA code from FloQ without phoning anyone, and the activity log keeps who used it and when. The report stays in the client’s channel.
Frequently asked questions
Is FloQ a password manager?
No: it generates and shares 2FA verification codes, but does not store passwords. For those use a dedicated manager: the two tools complement each other.
Can I run my own team of partners?
Yes: a team has roles and permissions to decide what each person sees. A dedicated partner programme does not exist yet.
Where is the data?
On servers in the European Union, with an encryption key for each team.
